Mike Agudelo
Mid Maryland Officials Association
President/Assignor
Mike Agudelo has been the Assignor for Mid Maryland Referee Association since 2015. He took on the dual role as President in 2022. Mike got his start with youth soccer many years ago. He started as a volunteer, coaching youth soccer for over 30 years. He went on to run a recreational youth in- house and travel program for many years. He became a referee before taking on the assignor role. Mike has worked with other large soccer/recreational organizations over the years.

Paul Auffarth has been involved with soccer for over 20 years. Paul obtained his USSF certification back in 2012 and still enjoys getting exercise, while refereeing youth & high school soccer. He has been with MMOA since its inception. Paul currently resides in the Hereford Zone with his wife, and is a father of 3.
Carrie Agudelo

Carrie Agudelo a retired small business owner with years of experience in childhood health and nutrition. She is a former volunteer youth sports coach at the recreational level. She also is a registrar for a recreational soccer league. She is a devoted mother to her four children and step children.
Chris Cappucci
Mid Maryland Officials Association

Chris Cappucci refereed soccer for 11 years until recently retired due to health issues. Chris has officiated for five associations in Maryland. He found a way to stay involved with the Mid-Maryland Officials Association. He is responsible for obtaining new officials, getting officials USSF trained, as well as recruiting non certified officials.
